The following communications of personal data of users to companies providing couriering, postal, IT and advisory services.
Companies providing services to CEFI shall act as data processors and shall act strictly in accordance with the instructions from CEFI and with full regards to the personal data protection regulations. Data shall not be communicated to other people and their processing shall respect their confidentiality. No data transfers shall be made nationally or internationally. Data shall be maintained whilst there is a mutual interest to maintain it for processing aims with due safety being used to pseudo-anonymise and destroy the totality of them when they are no longer necessary to this end.
Personal data relating to purchases and/or contracting services shall be kept while it may be necessary to manage said purchases.
On the other hand, to the extent that the user has created a user account, their data shall be kept whilst it does not delete this account or does not exercise its right to suppress it in accordance with that set out in the clause, ‘Rights of the User’.
The personal data provided within the context of making a query, claim or information request shall be kept whilst it may be necessary to manage this query, claim or information request.
Without prejudice to the above, CEFI may keep personal data for longer, with the requisite blocking in place, whilst it may be necessary in order to comply with legal obligations to which it may be subject or to comply with the responsibilities which derive from treating said data.
Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, remove, transfer and limit the processing of their data by writing CEFI at the address provided in the header or at the e-mail address info@cefi.es stating their name and surname and attaching a copy of their ID card, passport or an equivalent document accrediting their identity.
They also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@cefi.es or to the address stated at the beginning. The removal of consent shall not affect the lawful treatment completed prior to this.
Equally, users have a right to require the assistance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency by filing a claim through the website aepd.es.
