Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis that legitimises the processing of personal data through cookies is the user’s consent, in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Who do we share your information with?

Data will be retained only while there is a mutual interest for processing purposes and will be securely deleted thereafter to ensure pseudonymisation and complete destruction.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by writing to CEFI at the postal address indicated above or by email to info@cefi.es, stating their full name and attaching a copy of their ID, passport or equivalent document.

Users may also withdraw their consent at any time by emailing info@cefi.es or writing to the postal address indicated. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
